DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTING

Direct to garment (DTG) printing is a cutting-edge technique that utilizes water-based CMYK ink to transfer your digital artwork directly onto garments. With DTG, intricate designs featuring high color saturation, transparency, gradients, and even photorealistic images come to life with remarkable clarity.

One of the key distinctions between DTG and traditional screen printing lies in their ability to handle gradients and transparencies. While DTG seamlessly reproduces these effects, screen printing relies on halftone dots to simulate them.

At our facility, we employ state-of-the-art DTG printing machines renowned for their exceptional quality. These machines enable us to produce jumbo-sized graphics, up to 16x20”, with unparalleled precision. For optimal results, we recommend 100% cotton garments.

We take pride in our unique ink curing method, which ensures that our prints boast longevity comparable to screen printing when cared for properly. Unlike other methods, we refrain from heat pressing the ink post-printing, resulting in prints that maintain a natural, non-glossy texture akin to screen prints. The quality and feel of our results are consistently on par with traditional screen printing techniques.
